I've spent years designing health technology: the services patients use to get care, and the tools clinicians use to provide it.

• I was the lead designer for innovation at one of Australia's largest private health insurers.
• I designed patient onboarding, clinician workflows and messaging for an Australian telehealth platform.
• I co-founded a health tech startup that builds treatment plans for clinicians and patients.
• I did the website work for a global surgical programme that connects surgeons in resource-limited settings.

I build websites for medical practices because the same things matter on a practice website as in a health product: patients need to understand what happens next, and trust the people behind it.
